Cancellation Policy
At Adil Mobile Shop, we understand that plans can change after placing an order. To keep the process simple, we offer a limited cancellation window under specific conditions.
Order Cancellation Window
Orders can be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever comes earlier.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer care through WhatsApp or Instagram with your order details. Once we receive your request, our team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
When Cancellation Is Accepted
If the order has not yet been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed. Any eligible refund will be initiated after confirmation, subject to payment method and processing timelines.
When Cancellation Is Not Possible
Cancellation will not be accepted in the following cases:
• The order has already been dispatched
• The order has been handed over to the courier partner
• The cancellation request is raised after the allowed time window
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy after delivery.
Refund Processing
If a cancellation is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
