At Adil Mobile Shop, we aim to keep our policies clear and transparent. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for products except in the case where the customer receives a damaged or defective item.


Damaged or Defective Item Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, you may request a replacement subject to the conditions below.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video that meets the following conditions:

• Video must start before opening the package
• Packaging seal must be clearly visible
• Product condition must be clearly shown
• Video should be continuous and unedited

Without a proper unboxing video, replacement or return requests will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Replacement

Replacement requests must meet all of the following conditions:

• Request raised within 24 hours of delivery
• Unboxing video provided as proof
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and accessories must be intact

All requests are subject to verification and inspection by our team.


Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:

• No unboxing video provided
• Damage caused after delivery or due to misuse
• Incorrect product or model ordered by the customer
• Requests raised after the allowed time window


Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds.

If a replacement is not available for a verified damaged product, Store Credit may be issued at our discretion after inspection.


Important Notes

• Decisions taken by Adil Mobile Shop regarding returns or replacements are final
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• Policy applies only to purchases made through the Adil Mobile Shop online store
• Policy may be updated without prior notice
